Community Yard Sale

A community yard sale is being planned for Saturday, Sept. 14, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Northside parking lot. Included in the sale will be clothing that has been donated to benefit people in the community. Proceeds from the sale will support community “benevolence requests” — requests to assist with utility bills, rent, groceries, etc. If you would like to donate items to be sold, you can do so by bringing them to the church. You can also participate by setting up and selling your items for yourself and your family. Parking spaces in the church parking lot will be available for those of the church who would like to sell their own items. We would also like to bless the yard sale shoppers by offering them bagged lunches on that day. Your help is needed to organize the donated clothes, to set up the morning of the sale, to make and distribute the bagged lunches, etc. If you would like to participate, please contact the church office at 336-227-2386.
